1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the But 999 platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. They constitute a legally binding agreement between But 999 and the user.

But 999's terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should refrain from using the platform.

These terms apply to all registered and unregistered users. Whether you access But 999 via mobile, tablet, or desktop, these terms remain in full effect.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with But 999, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account is permitted per individual. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required for account verification.
• A valid payment method must be on file (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or USDT).

But 999 reserves the right to reject any request or close any account without providing a reason. Account security is entirely the user's responsibility. Passwords should never be shared with anyone.

3 Betting Policy & Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on But 999:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless But 999 offers the option to do so.
• In-play bets delayed due to network issues may be rejected.
• But 999 reserves the right to void any bets placed on a match where a technical error or irregular odds have been identified.
• If match-fixing or any irregularity is suspected, payouts for the relevant bets will be withheld pending investigation.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10. Maximum limits vary depending on the market and event.
• Placing bets on the same outcome across multiple accounts in a single event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

But 999 has full discretion in setting odds. Odds may change at any time based on market conditions and available information. Once a bet is confirmed, it will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of submission.

4 Financial Transactions & Payouts

All financial transactions on But 999 are processed through secure, encrypted channels. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳50. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• 98% of withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes. In rare cases where verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to your registered payment method. Payouts to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If an irregular transaction is identified, But 999 may temporarily place a hold on payouts pending investigation.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the funds in question will be seized and the account permanently closed.

No fees are charged on deposited funds that remain unused. However, accounts inactive for 6 months or more may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50.

5 Bonus & Rewards Terms and Conditions

But 999's bonus and rewards program offers exclusive benefits to members. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

• The welcome bonus is available once only and is exclusively for newly registered members.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after meeting the wagering requirement (typically 5–10x the bonus amount).
• Bonus offers are time-limited. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.
• But 999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Cashback and reload bonuses apply once per week and are subject to a minimum bet requirement.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the But 999 platform:

• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person or members of the same household.
• Manipulating the system solely to withdraw bonus funds.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical glitches or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or granting them access to your account.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

But 999 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on your account.
• The user submits a request to close their own account.
• Upon requesting self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Any remaining balance upon account closure (provided no violations have occurred) will be refunded. This process may take 5–7 business days. To voluntarily close your account, contact support@but999.bet.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Responsible Gaming
